In brief, you should know the following about me:
I am Anita Sese-Schon I was born in Pangasinan,Philippines but I grew up in Manila. My father, the late Felino Padilla Sese, where I inherited my love for cooking was from Pampanga. My mother, the late Catalina Castaneda Pader- Sese was from Pangasinan. Residence - Bremerton, State of Washington.
Schools: Arellano High School, Far Eastern University, Araullo High School for Culinary Arts, Solano Community College in California, Olympic College in Washington State.
Married to a retired US NAVAL Personnel, Edward A. Schon, we have three children and we are blessed with 10 grandchildren, two of them are great grandsons. Right now, I am enjoying my retirements from two employments, a utility company and the biggest jewelry store in the USA.
I have never worked as a Chef, nor a cook, but being married for so many years I have a varied and interesting cooking experiences. Right now ANITA'S KITCHEN has no walls, it extends beyond my wildest dreams and around the world.
